Jarvis Co. Agency is a talent management company located in Los Angeles, CA. 

Originally founded in 2021, as a SAG-franchised talent agency, Jarvis Co. later transitioned into talent management to provide more individualized guidance and long-term career development. While managers are not required to follow union regulations, Jarvis Co. continues to uphold all the same standards and ethical guidelines that defined our agency foundation.

  • Operates under a State of California, license and bond — legally able to submit breakdowns, negotiate contracts and process payments

  • Uses a State Labor Commissioner approved contract, with a 10% commission and open-ended term length

  • Maintains a selective, diverse roster for personal attention and stronger results
