Jarvis Co. Agency is a talent management company located in Los Angeles, CA.
Originally founded in 2021, as a SAG-franchised talent agency, Jarvis Co. later transitioned into talent management to provide more individualized guidance and long-term career development. While managers are not required to follow union regulations, Jarvis Co. continues to uphold all the same standards and ethical guidelines that defined our agency foundation.
Operates under a State of California, license and bond — legally able to submit breakdowns, negotiate contracts and process payments
Uses a State Labor Commissioner approved contract, with a 10% commission and open-ended term length
Maintains a selective, diverse roster for personal attention and stronger results
Focuses on transparency, collaboration, and real relationships with every client
